With your 300hr Embodied Functional Yoga as Therapy Teacher Training as your foundation, you can choose four 50hr modules to bring you to certification as a 500hr Integrated & Embodied Functional Yoga as Therapy Teacher.
50hr modules will commence in 2024. The complete faculty of ISFYT teachers will be published as soon as dates and details are confirmed. 50hr Modules will include but by no means be limited, to the following:
Somatics and Embodied Philosophy.
Prenatal Yoga (will be compiled of 2 x 50hr modules).
Restorative Yoga.
Polyvagal Theory: Befriend your Nervous System.
Yindividuation & Shadow Dance: Yin & Jung.
Somatic Yinquiry Extended: Compassionate Inquiry, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, & The Diamond Approach.
All Parts are Welcome - Internal Family Systems as a practical embodiment tool.

The Complete ISFYT Faculty is growing and will be revealed soon. If you are a yoga teacher and trainer of great integrity who feels like the ISFYT vibe is right up your street, we invite you to email us with a draft of your proposed curriculum for a 50hr continuing education module.
While not compulsory, a firm foundation in functional yoga and yoga therapy is very appreciated. Graduates of ISFYT are especially encouraged to make contact. ISFYT wants the full list of 50hr modules to include options to suit everyone’s specialities and niche interests, so that the journey to 500hr Integrated Embodiment in Functional Yoga Teaching ticks as many boxes for every individual on their deeply person-centred pathways to Mastery
